1995 Buick Roadmaster LT1, 96k miles
stunning original paint and interior
$15,500
Sold!

Astonishing original car that began life in San Jose, California before coming to Arizona. Driven less than 3300 miles per year. Over $7000 spent on this resto-refresh, with receipts. Clean Car Fax shows good maintenance history and no accidents.
MECHANICAL
Under the hood lies the legendary LT1 V8 motor with 10.5:1 compression that GM debuted in the 1970 Corvette. This naturally aspirated engine generated 370 hp out of 350 cubic inches, a design/build achievement that still stands strong today. The LT1 on the Roadmaster is tuned down but hey, the official Buick specs still give the car a top speed of 142 mph . Throw in a 4L60-E overdrive transmission, Posi-traction rear end with a 2.96 final gear, and you've got a sweet slab cruiser with plenty of torque.
The car passes smog/emissions in both California and Arizona, and comes with the heavy duty tow package option. Recent mechanical work and customization performed by my pro shop LSX Motorsports in Phoenix and prior owner in SoCal/Lake Havasu include:
Fresh synthetic oil and filter, new wiper blades
Coolant, brake, transmission, and differential fluids flushed
New window regulators
New fuel pump and filter
New water pump
Air intake repair and service
New serpentine belt
New Opti-spark and full tune-up
New oil cooler hose and thermostat
Catalytic converters repaired
New Magna-Flow exhaust
New Eibach/Bell Tec lowering kit
New 18-inch American Racing Torque Thrust II polished wheels
New Toyo 245/50/R18 tires
Fresh alignment
EXTERIOR
No dents or dings in the still-glossy original paint that has only a few minor imperfections. Fresh cut/buff/polish to a deep gloss. All badging, chrome trim, and original pinstriping are intact. Hardly even a scuff on the bumpers.
SUSPENSION & UNDERCARRIAGE
Mildly customized with a two-inch lowering kit using Eibach springs and Bell Tec struts and shocks. No tire rub or bottom-out. New Magna-Flow dual exhaust, retaining the original Buick resonators and exhaust tips trimmed with stealth black satin paint.
Undercarriage has been fully reconditioned to an extremely high end “concourse” level, revealing zero rust, showing all factory tags, chalk marks, and glossy paint floor pans. Entire frame, brake drums, calipers, and other components have been hand-painted. Engine bay is fully dressed and detailed as well.
INTERIOR
Extremely clean original interior with beautiful stone-colored, tuck & roll leather seating. All dash controls, gauges, switches, courtesy lights, vanity mirrors, climate control, window/seat/mirror motors, cruise control, and original AM/FM/Cassette stereo with power antenna are functional.
WOW FACTOR
One thing I've learned from restoring 90 cars is that the right paint color, stance, and wheels make or break a car. For some reason, the silver body color with chrome and carbon fiber trim, subtle red & black pinstripe, along with the 18-inch polished wheels and slightly lowered suspension, all work together with the natural lines of the car to make this 30-year-old vintage Buick Roadmaster a real eye-catcher. I get thumbs up and horn honks everywhere I go.
