Limited Edition, Arizona car, showroom condition. Clean Car Fax, no accidents. Excellent maintenance history, original dealer literature including window sticker ($33,949), book-bound owner’s manual, two key-fobs. The trim level includes two-tone leather seats, “Limited Edition” seat and rocker trim, gold badging, chrome trim wheel wells, gold-trimmed canvas carriage top, premium sound system, and additional courtesy features.

MECHNICAL
Serviced by one of my pro mechanic shops, with any repairs as needed. New AC control unit and blend doors. The car runs and drives quiet and strong. Turn the key and go. The Limited Edition option includes a hopped up drive train from the factory:

4.6-liter V8 engine
240 horsepower
287 pound-feet of torque
9.4:1 compression
3.27 rear end gears
0-60 in 8.2 seconds
16 second quarter mile
130 mph top speed
4R75E overdrive transmission
17/25 mpg

The redesigned suspension both front and rear (began in 2003) gives this Merc a sporty big-car feel that is FUN TO DRIVE! And still gets 25 mpg on the highway.

INTERIOR
Near mint, 9.5 of 10. Two-tone leather seats show little wear. All gauges, switches, lights, signals, climate control, window/seat motors, dash controls, AM/FM/CD stereo, climate control, clock, etc. are fully functional. PB, PS, PW, PDL, 8-way power heated front seats, heated power mirrors, power trunk release, tilt, cruise, overhead console with universal remote capability, multiple reading lamps. Door panels, headliner, carpets are all clean.

EXTERIOR
Body is immaculate, 9.5 of 10, not even a scuff on the bumpers. Panels and gaps are clean and straight. Beautiful spruce metallic paint is still glossy, all pin striping is intact. The gold-trimmed carriage top is in excellent condition. Original headlamps are clear, no fading or hazing. Windshield and all window glass and weather stripping are excellent. The undercarriage is clean. The factory alloy wheels are pristine and wrapped with nearly new tires. Car has obviously been garaged the majority if not all of its life.

INVESTMENT
Those of you who have done business with me know that I focus on curating extremely clean, original, low mileage cars with excellent ownership history. This “Barrett Jackson" quality Grand Marquis is another example of that strategy I have stuck to for 15 years with 75 cars. In my experienced opinion the Mercury Grand Marquis is a sleeper that will continue rising in value as collectors and investors move in, especially these Limited Editions. Now’s the time.

I purposely have not included a ton of photos like I usually do. This is one you have to come see in person to appreciate the detail. Contact me to come inspect the car.
